YADA YADA PRIZES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter

2. The Competition

2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions listed on our websites at https://yadayadaprizes.co.uk and https://yadayadaprizes.com (the “Website”).

2.2 A paid entry fee is required to enter each competition. However, a free postal entry route is also available. All competitions require a skill-based question to be answered correctly for valid entry.

2.3 All entrants (“Entrants”) must correctly answer the competition question (“Competition Question”) to be eligible for the prize draw.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Each competition will run from the Opening Date to the Closing Date as stated on the Website. All times are UK times (London).

3.2 We may change the Opening or Closing Date if necessary, but we will never extend a competition just to sell more entries.

3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified and no refunds issued.

3.4 Each competition has a maximum number of entries. Once reached, no further entries will be accepted.

3.5 Entrants may purchase multiple entries (up to the per-person limit stated on the Website). Free entries must be posted individually—bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted.

To Enter:

• View and answer the Competition Question on the Website;
• Purchase entries, or follow the instructions for free entry;
• Submit your answer (online or by post) for validation.

3.7 All entries must be in English.

3.8 Paid entries will receive confirmation by email along with notification of whether the answer is correct.

3.9 We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or not completed due to technical faults or other issues.

3.10 By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Free Postal Entry

3.11 You may enter for free by:

• Sending a first or second class postal entry to:

• Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.

Each postal entry must include:

• Full name
• Address
• Telephone number and email address
• Your answer to the Competition Question

Conditions:

• Entries must be received before the Closing Date
• Each envelope must contain only one entry
• Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified
• Free entries will be given the same chance of winning as paid entries
• If the entry fee is lower than the cost of a second class stamp, we will allocate multiple free entries (e.g., 49p = 2 entries, 33p = 3 entries)

4. Choosing a Winner

4.1 We operate main prize draws only. All correct entries are entered into a random draw, which will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.

4.2 All entries will be recorded with names and entry numbers on a spreadsheet. This may be shown during the livestream draw.

4.3 Draws will be livestreamed on the Barnstormers Facebook page.

5. Eligibility

5.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

5.2 You must be eligible to claim the prize. We may request proof of age and identity.

5.3 Entries that are incomplete, or generated automatically, will not be accepted.

5.4 We may disqualify entrants who behave abusively, act fraudulently, or breach these Terms.

5.5 Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

• If you enter but are later found ineligible;
• If your eligibility status changes;
• If you are disqualified.

5.6 Any form of fraud (including hacking, misrepresentation, or tampering) will void all entries and may result in a ban from future competitions.

6. The Prize

6.1 Prize details are listed on the Website. All prizes are motorbikes, unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Prizes are subject to availability. We may substitute with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.3 We make no warranties regarding the prize’s condition, suitability, or accuracy of the prize description.

6.4 Prizes may be supplied by third-party suppliers.

6.5 We reserve the right to offer a cash alternative if:

• The advertised prize becomes unavailable
• Circumstances beyond our control make it necessary

6.6 Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

7. Winners

7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.

7.2 The winner will be contacted via phone or email. If they do not respond within 14 days, we may select another winner.

7.3 We may publish the winner’s surname and county unless you object in writing. We must still provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

8. Claiming the Prize

8.1 Prizes must be claimed by the winner only. We will provide details of how to arrange delivery or collection.

8.2 If your contact details change, notify us at prizes@yadayadaprizes.co.uk. If they change within 10 days of the Closing Date, we may still use your old details.

8.3 Any cash alternative will be paid via bank transfer. You must prove ownership of the account.

8.4 We are not responsible if you are unable or unwilling to accept the prize.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from taking up a prize—except where caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Data Protection & Publicity

10.1 We use your data only to administer the competition, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By entering, you consent to us announcing your name and location and using images for promotional purposes—unless you object prior to the Closing Date.

10.3 If you withdraw your consent after winning, we may still need to share your details with the ASA.

10.4 You may request to have your data removed, but if done before the draw, you will be withdrawn from the competition.

11. General

11.1 We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our Website.

11.2 We may suspend or cancel a competition if necessary, but not due to low entry numbers.

11.3 Our competitions are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or any other platform.

11.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Scottish law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
