The promoter of all competitions on this website is **Yada Yada Prizes Ltd**, trading as **Yada Yada Prizes** ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility and Age Verification


2.1. Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged **18 years or over** only.


2.2. Employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.


2.3. **Age verification:** To enter, you must provide your full date of birth and confirm you are 18 or over. We verify age at account registration and checkout. We may request proof of age and identity before a prize is released. Entries from anyone under 18 will be void.


2.4. By entering, you confirm you are 18 or over and meet all eligibility requirements.


3. How to Enter


3.1 Paid Entry

  • Select the competition you wish to enter (prize draw or instant win)
  • Complete the skill-based challenge correctly
  • Purchase the desired number of tickets
  • Receive a unique ticket number upon successful payment

  • Applies to **all prize draw and instant win competitions** on this website
  • Complete the skill-based challenge on our website
  • Send a postal entry containing: full name, date of birth, full address, email, phone number, competition name, skill challenge answers, and the words "FREE ENTRY"
  • Send to the address listed on the Free Entry page
  • **Multiple free postal entries are permitted** for each competition, subject to the same maximum entry limits shown on the competition page. Each valid postal submission received before the closing date counts as one entry and is treated equally to a paid ticket in the draw or instant win
  • Free entries received before the closing date will be assigned a ticket number and entered with equal chance of winning

    • 4. Skill-Based Element


    4.1. All competitions require entrants to complete a skill-based question.


    4.2. Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw or instant win.


    5. Ticket Prices and Payment


    5.1. Ticket prices are displayed on each competition page and include any applicable taxes.


    5.2. Payment is processed securely via Nochex.


    5.3. All sales are final. Refunds are only available where required by law or at our sole discretion.


    6. The Draw


    6.1. The draw will take place on the date stated on the competition page.


    6.2. The draw will be conducted live on the **Yada Yada Prizes Facebook page**.


    6.3. Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries using a cryptographically secure random selection process.


    6.4. The draw process is verifiable and auditable. Draw proof is retained for regulatory purposes.


    7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim


    7.1. Winners will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the draw.


    7.2. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.


    7.3. Prizes are non-transferable. Where a cash alternative is stated on the competition page, the winner may choose either the stated prize or the cash alternative — not both.


    7.4. UK-wide delivery is included for motorbike prizes where stated on the competition page.


    7.5. Winners are responsible for insurance, licensing, and road tax.


    8. Data Protection


    8.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.


    8.2. By entering, you consent to us using your data to administer the competition and contact you if you win.


    9. Limitation of Liability


    9.1. We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.


    9.2. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.


    10. General


    10.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel a competition in exceptional circumstances.


    10.2. Our decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.


    10.3. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
